Here is a page dedicated to the wonderful horses that have been a part of Cosmopolitan Horse Farm over the years.  While we're sad to see them go, they've each found a wonderful homes with families who adore them.  We miss them all, but it's great to find such wonderful people to join our equine family.

This photo is from a recent update that I got on Pretzel from her owners!  This is what their trainer, Kelly, had to say after they beat several other competitors, including QHs and Paints!
"Pretzel and I earned the honor of carrying the American Flag at the Yoncalla 4th of July Rodeo for 2008. It is NPRA sanctioned We had to exhibit a reining pattern and then a flag run! YEEE HAW! Enjoy the photos! "

"Randy and I appreciate so much our good fortune in finding both Pretzel and you.  We fell in love with Pretzel when we saw her pictures and heard your description of her.  Now that she is with us we see that her sweet disposition, her perfect conformation, and her beauty are even better than you described.  We can tell how much care and love you gave her and thank you so much for getting her off to such a good start.  From our first conversation you have been so helpful.  Since we are novices in the equestrian field, we have benefited so greatly from your patience in educating us about not only Pretzel but all horses. "

This is Janine with her new mom, only her 9th ride under saddle!
"Working with Valerie Peppers of Cosmopolitan Horse Farm has been the most gratifying experience I have had when buying a horse. She was offered an extremely high quality horse; was willing to help with any and all questions I had both prior to, during, and after the sale; and was accommodating to my financial needs.

I had been wistfully looking for a horse since I retired my Dressage horse years ago. It was only in 2006 that I was able to finally be stable enough to really look for a new horse and I looked hard. Every lead I found ran me into a wall until one day I saw an amazing Friesian on www.draftsforsale.com. She was an adorable filly offered by Valerie and I wrote her off as yet another dream horse I could not own. I went to bed and thought nothing of it.

When I woke up again I just had to go look at that Friesian again and I had to send and email because I couldn't live without her. When Valerie called in response to my email I knew that my gut feeling was correct. I had found my horse. And, she was everything I had ever wanted.

After our initial talk, Valerie and I spoke many other times via phone and Internet and I flew up to meet Janine. I feel in love with 'Miss NeeNee',  Val, and her operation when I went to visit. I felt like I had gone to visit family when I went to see a potential horse. Never had I met such a charismatic person who loved horses as much as I did and never had I met such a willing, loving three-year-old!

It was October when I flew up to meet Valerie and Janine so it was a long five months that I had to wait until I could bring Janine home. I was so very grateful to Valerie because she made sure I never missed my baby by sending me photos and updates. Thanks to those updates I never missed a beat when it came to Janine. I always knew how she was and I never felt like I had to worry about her.

My husband and I drove up to Georgia and picked Janine up at the start of February and the experience again felt like going to visit family. Janine did very well on the trailer and was a trooper about the long drive back to Florida. I was amazed at how well she handled everything! Now that she has settled into her new routine at her new barn; she is flourishing. Every day that I see her, the two of us bond even more and I cannot find to words to express how wonderful she is.

My whole experience with Cosmopolitan Horse Farm was wonderful. I had never bought a horse from the Internet but Valerie made that first experience smooth and worry-free. After dealing with her I have a feeling I will not want to work with another seller again!"
